Personalisation

As an original member of the team that developed the model of self-directed support, Joolz remains one the country’s leading thinkers and practitioners for personalisation. Both Joolz and Alex spent time as members of the original In Control team before starting Really Useful Learning, leading the original thinking around the impact of personalisation on workforce development.

Personalisation remains central to our work and we have exceptional breadth and depth of experience in all areas of personalising services, resolutely committed to the principle that personalisation can deliver better for less.

We transform supporting people services, in-house provided services, we work with voluntary sector provider organisations, we deliver learning across all areas of personalisation including Personalisation booster sessions, Safeguarding and Personalisation, Supporting People and personalisation.
